DELIVERIES

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours. Once dispatched, worldwide delivery typically takes 8–15 days, depending on your location.

Orders are shipped using trusted third-party shipping couriers and are usually handed over to your local postal service for final delivery.

Please note that, on occasion, deliveries may experience delays due to third-party courier disruptions, customs processing, or other circumstances outside of our control. While these situations are uncommon, they may result in delivery taking longer than the estimated timeframe.

ORDER DISPATCHING

We hold inventory across warehouses in the UK, Germany, and Asia. If stock is unavailable at your nearest location, your order may be dispatched from another warehouse to help avoid unnecessary delays.

Any applicable customs fees and clearance charges will be managed and covered by us, so you won't be required to pay additional fees upon delivery.
